We also produce Cypress Shingles.

Here are the specifications:

"Old Growth" Heart Cypress Shingles
1) All fractional widths between and including 4" to 8".
2) Butt thickness 5/8", with 1/8" thickness at the skinny end.
3) Length is typically 18". 20" & 24" can be produced as well.
4) 4 Bundles to the square, one square covers 100 Sq Ft..
5) The grade is clear of all defects, 100% all heart, flat sawn and vertical grain mix.
6) The texture is planer smooth one face, reverse face is re- sawn.

We supplied this product to John G. Waite and Associates, a highly acclaimed restoration architect firm out of Albany, New York. The project was the faithful and thorough restoration of Davidge Hall (circa 1810) at the University of Maryland, the oldest continuously operated medical amphitheater in the world.
